Returns & Exchanges
All Returns/Refunds/Exchanges need to be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the purchase date. To return an item for a Refund/Exchange, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from one of our trained representatives via email or by phone, at: 1-866-208-5708. Any RMA numbers that are not returned back to TVsparelamps.com within 10 business days will void the Return/Refund/Exchange completely. Any unauthorized returns that DO NOT have an issued RMA# from TVsparelamps.com will not be processed and will be voided. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original condition (unused) and must include the original factory box, packaging (i.e. foam padding, plastic wrappings etc) and all instruction booklets, paperwork and accessories. No returns will be accepted if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any returns that are found to be damaged related to misuse (disassembling), abuse and/or negligence by the buyer will be subjected to an additional restocking fee.
Any change request for any orders that are already placed by the customer due to errors in the customers shipping address, quantity, and/or items placed will not hold TVsparelamps.com responsible IF the item has left our warehouse facilities. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for cancellations and returns due to customer errors. TVsparelamps.com prides in shipping out merchandise in an expedited fashion for our customers as per why we want our customers to review their orders before placing them.
Any items that DO NOT belong to us will void the Buyers Return/Exchange/Warranty Claim immediately with no refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS. All expenses associated with the return of this unauthorized item will be solely the buyer's responsibility.
Any items shipped back to our Return Center are required to have a insurable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) which provides a trackable tracking number (Not just a delivery confirmation). TVsparelamps.com is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. The buyer will assume all responsibility until receipt at TVsparelamps.com Return Center. Any items that are found to be damaged will incur an additional restocking fee or refusal of return.
Shipping cost of the returned products will be your responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the event a product is returned damaged, no credit will be issued. A copy of your original invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise, as well as an RMA number. Warranty
The products sold on this site are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the term of the Product Warranty selected at the time of purchase. The selected product warranty term commences on the day the item is purchased and ends at midnight on the last day of the term. Items returned under warranty for replacement must follow our RMA policy. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning your item. You can get an RMA number by contacting us at: 1-866-208-5708. (ALL Warranty Exchanges are limited to 1 per household). Refunds do not apply. Parts that are found to be non-defective will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. All items returned will be fully tested and inspected by our technicians to be certain that the merchandise is in working condition and also to be certain that the item came from us originally.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery. Any DOA (Dead On Arrival) items which were damaged during transit must be reported within 5 business days of the time of delivery so a claim can be processed by TVsparelamps.com on the buyers behalf. The package must be received and not refused under any circumstances so it can be properly inspected. Once the claim has been successfully processed, we will send out a replacement immediately or a full refund will be applied.
